[Course introduction]The outbound quiet course where the Tsukuba phosphorus phosphorus lord maintains the Tsukuba railroad track trace which became the abolished line as a rotation road, and the worry of the car is gentle. [Course introduction] is a course going half round Mount Fuji from the Fuji north foot to the south foot. Although there is part of gentle upbound section in the first half, I go down it generally, and attention is necessary for speeding with a basic tone. I run sea of trees and am upbound to the prefectural border. An observatory overlooking the Motosuko is at the prefectural border of Yamanashi and Shizuoka. A descent of Asagiri Kogen continues and is refreshing afterwards.
I go up the Fuji south foot while repeating slow climbing up and down in the latter half. It is a descent refreshing again when I finish going up the city boundary (approximately 900m above sea level) of Fuji-shi and Susono-shi. Around practice ground of the Self-Defense Forces can enjoy a run while I look at Mount Fuji to Hakone Mountains, the left hand on the right hand.

The distance is slightly long, but I can go around the course to physical strength briefly and am the course that is recommended in the various places of the beginner. At the goal spot, you can enjoy a curry lunch and the hot spring bathing of the Fujiya Hotel tradition.
